Follow-up on customer requirements and maintenance of customer relationships.- Timely and accurately confirm customer orders, delivery requirements, and other issues, and respond to customers with the company's corresponding status. - Greet visiting guests. - Maintain effective communication with clients and promptly resolve project-related issues.Project process management.- Chair weekly project meetings for the projects under your responsibility, ensuring that all project activities are completed on time. - Attend production and shipping meetings to ensure OTD (On-Time Delivery) is achieved at over 90%. - Monitor ECN (Engineering Change Notice) implementation and ensure that any cost (CIA) generated from ECN changes is approved by the responsible party in advance. - Attend weekly quality meetings and provide timely feedback on customer quality requirements. - Hold emergency meetings related to the project and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve project-related issues.New product introductionFollow up on the new product introduction for the projects under your responsibility.Daily administrative tasks and other dutiesComplete other temporary tasks assigned by superiors
