Project Manager

Lead end-to-end implementation projects (SFA / OMS / DMS) from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, budget, and quality. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and governance framework in alignment with stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Coordinate activities across functional consultants, technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors. Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and escalate critical risks with mitigation recommendations. Manage project documentation, status reporting, and Steering Committee updates. Ensure adherence to SAP implementation methodology and best practices. Support change management, user training, and post go-live stabilization. Act as the primary point of contact for customers during and after implementation. Monitor and drive customer satisfaction through effective communication, responsiveness, and service reviews.
