Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager in IT with 3–5 years of experience to lead projects and coordinate technical teams effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, especially in English, as you will work with both local and international stakeholders on software and technology-related projects.ResponsibilitiesEstimate, plan, direct, and monitor projects to ensure quality, cost, scope, and timeline are on track.Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes using appropriate control techniques.Track progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.Support resource planning and risk management for project teams.Organize and lead stakeholder meetings; ensure smooth and clear communication.Guide team members on tasks and deliverables; review output quality and integration.Provide performance feedback to functional managers.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Manage essential project documentation: plans, budget, schedule, scope.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication, both internally and with clients.Solid technical understanding, especially in software and web technologies.
