Be responsible project management, implement overall project management function, providing leadership, integration and management of PMO processes and functions to enhance the consistency and efficiency of the overall project delivery.
1. Monitor, plan, schedule the project including
- Understand the project contract information
- Define project management rules, KPI (in general in monthly )
- Assist PD to define project team organization and update if any
- Define project flow of implementation
- Define project key milestone
- Periodically report
- Project issues tracking and escalating, provide a timely plan to handle the project so that the project can operate smoothly
2. Regularly communicate and collaborate with various parties (internal, customers, subcontractors, etc.) to execute various activities and prepare effective PMO strategies to monitor its implementation
3. Establish meeting with customer and maintain record of minutes of meeting for kick-off project, escalating issues and customer’s requirement during project launching and closing
4. Implement other assigned tasks from supervisor.
Report to: Head of E&S
Working time: 8AM- 5.30PM from Mondays to Fridays 40 hours per week (1.5 hours to lunch break/day)

Must have requirement:
- Graduate from university in major Electronics & Telecom, Computer science, Economics, Chinese or related fields
- More than 3 years of related work experience (Manage Human Resources, project management)
- Fluency in Chinese 4 skills (speaking, writing, listening, reading)
- Have a solid knowledge of PMO methods
- Strong communication and counseling skill, team work skill, good strategic thinking, problem-solving skill
- Pro-active, initiative, Diligent , High sense of responsibility
- Good at MS. word, excel, PowerPoint
Nice-to-have:
- Able to do multi-tasks and prioritize tasks consistent with business objective
- Good at English is a big plus
