The Project Manager will oversee internal projects to enhance AWING's performance through the development of applications and tools for various departments. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Project Management Lead and manage internal projects focused on improving AWING performance through the development and enhancement of applications such as websites and department-specific tools or other necessary too. Plan, execute, and monitor all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring successful project delivery from initiation to closure. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. 2. Business Analysis (BA) Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements and understand business needs. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for project teams. Ensure the solution aligns with the company’s goals and operational improvements. 3. Cross-functional Collaboration Coordinate with internal departments such as Tech, ADD, Marketing, and HR to ensure seamless project integration across all areas. Foster strong working relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports. Provide clear communication on project milestones, deliverables, and potential delays to relevant teams.
