Project Manager(Ecommerce Projects)

I. Job Overview:DSquare is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead and manage E-Commerce projects (Ecommerce Platform, Omni-channel platform) from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong project management skills, deep understanding of E-Commerce platforms (SEA scale preferred), and excellent communication abilities.II. Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end E-Commerce projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.- Collaborate with Product development vendors and cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure project success.- Coordinate resources, tasks, and dependencies to ensure smooth project execution.- Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.- Track project performance metrics and KPIs, and prepare project status reports for management review.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize E-Commerce processes and workflows.- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in E-Commerce/Digital.
