•Growth Strategy Development: Lead the development of a comprehensive growth plan, establish specific targets, establish complimentary professional organization activities and other resources required to execute the growth plan. Ensure that KPIs are met in relation to revenue growth.
•Sales: Establish and manage the portfolio of targeted partners, schools and educational institutions. Develop and execute customized client relationship and project capture plans. Propose and implement strategies to expand customer networks.
•Client Service: Participate in securing and monitoring client feedback. Participate in client meetings to understand client success factors and expectations. Serve as liaison between clients and staff to help resolve client issues.
•Analysis and Monitoring: Monitor and assess revenue trends, growth performance indices, competitor activity, and industry trends.
•Establish yourself as a trusted and respected advocate for the Company.
•Other duties as deemed necessary.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
•5+ years’ experience successfully developing, managing and executing sales programs with at least 2 years serving the education sector.
•Great communication skills including fluent English.
•Excellent reputation as a person who maintains the highest ethical standards and consistently follows through on commitments.
•Ability to work effectively in a team environment—sometimes serving as a group leader and other times serving as team member.
•Ability to analyze a situation, develop and execute a plan of action.
•Establish yourself as a trusted and respected advocate for the Company.
