Project Planning Manager (BU Task)

Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information, project plans ..,Break projects into doable actions and set timeframesLiaise with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectivesAssign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables outputReport project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project work planOversee project procurement managementMonitor project progress and handle any issues that ariseAct as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participantsWork with the Project Manager to eliminate blockersUse tools to monitor working hours, plans and expendituresCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reportsEnsure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance testsDeepen partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors and researchersCoordinating production workflow for one or multiple productsPlanning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delayUnderstand about the supply chain processingEvaluating operational systems and facility infrastructure to ascertain and improve operational efficienciesPlanning and coordinating infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules and activitiesEnsuring compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standardsIn charge of utility system operation and maintenance includes HV & LV electrical system, HVAC system, CDA system, fire protection system, cool water system related to utilitiesAssures systems compatibility for control equipment· Determines building requirements including utilities, water, sewer, electrical, hazardous material requirementsLead the installation of new production and production support equipment delivering it ready for commissioning phase
