2. Always be friendly and keep smiling under any circumstances.
3. Clean and maintain public areas, offices, toilets, restaurants and other areas at an appropriate time assigned by the P.A Supervisor and AEHK.
4. Vacuuming of carpets upholstery, chairs and spot cleaning them, shampoo carpet as arranged by P.A Supervisor and AEHK.
5. Dry mopping of marble floor. Maintained marble floor as arranged and trained by P.A manager .
6. Ensure that glass doors, furniture and surrounding areas in the lobby are kept clean at all times.
7. Ensure that all ashtrays are cleaned and empty. The sand in ashtrays is cleaned and without any spitting.
8. Table and chairs are cleaned and re-arranged neatly when no guests are using.
9. Ensure all fittings daily polish with brass cleaner and stainless steel cleaner and free of finger prints and rust stain
10. Reports all maintenance faults to supervisor. Such as light bulbs, blocked W.C. etc.
11. Clean the glass wall and window glass with glass wiper and detergent as arranged periodically by P.A. Supervisor.
12. All lost and found items must be handed to HSKP immediately for safekeeping.
13. Keep pantry clean and neat at all times. Ensure that vacuum cleaners and machines are clean and in good condition.
14. Ensure all guest lifts are cleaned, the doors and fittings are free from the finger prints
15. Is prepared to implement assigned tasks during emergencies such as fires, power cuts and bomb threats.
