- Sourcing and qualifying manufacturers to build a network of qualified suppliers.- Process Request For Quotation (RFQ) and report to manager, send RFQ packages to suppliers for quote.- Perform quote review and negotiate as necessary.- Ensure health of supply base by evaluating and selecting suppliers based on capability, quality, reliability, and price competitiveness- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding their needs and consulting with them to build quality procurement strategies aligned to business requirements.- Issue PO to selected supplier, follow shipments, prepare payment document.
