Role and Scope of the TaskThe role of the Purchasing Assistant is:1. Assisting CMs with analyses, reports, translation, and settling payments.2. Supporting the team in the procurement of materials, supplies, and samples.3. Researching suppliers, updating databases4. Maintaining complete and accurate records of purchase orders, delivery confirmations,invoices, payment receipts, etc.5. Controlling prices in EBT System6. Receiving, preparing, and processing incoming correspondence.7. Performing clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and general office support.8. Attending weekly and monthly meetings and supporting in taking minutes.9. Assisting in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports, product documents, translation, etc.Furthermore, the PA may be instructed by her line manager to carry out any other reasonable tasks than those described above.The Purchasing Assistant is responsible for supporting the Category Managers in managing necessary documents, coordinating between categories, and controlling prices in the system.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. At least 1-2 year experience as a purchaser or a similar management position2. Graduating from University / College degree.3. Good communication skills with team and other departments.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in items basic file management software5. Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese6. Handle to work under pressure and to manage a big flow of information
