• Developing and implementing procurement strategies and policies for cost optimisation and enhancing supply chain efficiency.• Identifying, evaluating and selecting suppliers based on quality, reliability, cost-effectiveness and adherence to ethical and sustainability standards.• Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favourable pricing, payment terms and mutually beneficial agreements.• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and align procurement activities with organisational goals.• Conducting market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, supplier capabilities and pricing fluctuations.• Managing supplier relationships, including ongoing performance evaluation, issue resolution and fostering long-term partnerships.• Monitoring inventory levels, analysing demand patterns and implementing inventory management strategies to manage stock levels and avoid shortages or excesses.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field• At least 3 years of experience as a fabric purchasing manager• In-depth knowledge of procurement principles, strategies, and best practices• Demonstrable market experience and understanding of local suppliers and sourcing channels• Experience implementing sustainable and socially responsible procurement practices• Strong competency in budgeting, cost optimization, and negotiation techniques• Knowledge of supplier management and inventory management systems• Analytical thinking with excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams• Proficiency in using procurement software and systems• Knowledge of local and national laws and regulations related to procurement• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment* English/Chinese proficiency preferred* Strong understanding of fabric characteristics*Candidates located in Hai Duong preferred
