- Research potential vendors
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- English level: Excellent
- Education & Major: A bachelor’s degree in international business administration, International Business Economics, Supply chain management
- No. of general work experience: 3-4 years of experience in the electronic components industry, electrical cabinet manufacturing and automation
- Proven working experience as a purchasing manager, agent, or officer.
- Interest in market dynamics along with a business sense
- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
- Strong sense of cost and quality
- Strong sense of target achieving
- Ability to communicate convincingly at all levels and with all functions in English
- Working experience in an international environment/organization is preferable.
- Skilled in ERP operation
- Computer Skills: MS Office, Adobe, internet browsers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Have logical thinking and explanation; be serious and mature in working attitude Longterm working commitment
- Teamworking skills
