• Sales Admin team: - To supervise team activities and ensure that sale orders, contract, promotion are all processed in a correct manner. • Purchasing- To create all PO on SAP for all departments.- To follow material purchasing both domestic and oversea, prepare sale contract, follow delivery and make payment.- To follow the purchasing procedures. Ensuring the efficiency of the entire Purchase to Pay process.- Collaborate with suppliers: check price; order and make PO; check contract, invoice; check and send tracking delivery schedule to the factory - shipment time.• SAP management:- To manage the table of material code, sale code- To ensure the accuracy and correspondence of data inputted to SAP- To support sale admin team when SAP issue araises• To prepare report to Sale Manager, Division Manager and Director weekly, monthly, yearly, including sale report, sale bonus report, gross profit report.• Warehouse: to conduct stock check twice a year in corporate with other departments to review stock q’ty, stock value and product status.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University/College Graduate, major: Business Administration, Economics or relevant area - Ability to use SAP system or other systems. - At least 2 years working experience in the field of Customer Service Manager- Fluent in English- Diligent, honest - Ability to work independently and teamwork
