- Take full responsibility in ordering goods on all approved Purchase Orders/Purchase Requests.
- Prepare L/C for goods imported directly.
- Make check requisition to Accounting for Advance Payments.
- Make insurance claims for goods damaged or received short.
- Suggest means and ways of reducing costs without effecting the quality and standard of the hotel.
- Negotiate the best conditions with suppliers.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and relevant accounting systems
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity
- At least 1 year in Purchasing Department or 1 year in the same level

- Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
- Good communication skills
- Able to develop cooperative relationships with other departments
- Service oriented with an eye for details
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Good time management
