Job Location:
Select 1 in 3 locations: Long An – Tay Ninh – Phan Thiet
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and streamline purchase processes.
• Managing the procure-to-pay process, including requisitioning, purchasing, receiving,
invoicing, and paying for goods and services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop
purchase plans accordingly.
• Monitoring inventory levels, demand forecasts and consumption patterns to optimise stock
levels and reduce carrying costs.
• Monitoring supplier performance for optimal business operations performance
• Prepare and present reports on purchase activities, performance metrics and cost savings to
higher management.
• Participating in receiving Goods/service.
• Getting advice from Purchase manager on contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure
favorable buying rate, payment terms.
• Assisting Purchase manager to verify the buying cost, supplier relationship, purchase
process, and market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, supplier
capabilities and pricing fluctuations
• Ad-hoc assign by Purchase manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Hard Skills:
• Experience in Purchase applications; Purchase management at least 3 years in FMCGs.
• Knowledges of Engineering, repair and maintenance as a plus.
• Good command of computer skill: Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet …
• English in writing and communication.
Soft Skills:
• Hard working, honesty, exactness, reliable
• Communication and Negotiation skills.
• Be able to work independent, under pressure and deadline.
