Sourcing, purchasing the material for trading and retail chain at Ho Chi Minh City.
- Working with related departments for monthly plan including purchasing plan, delivery schedule and payment schedule.
- Follow up the purchasing requirement and order activities as purchase procedure. Prepare the payment document.
- Post the POs to Navision.
- Responsible for daily communication, ordering, negotiation, sourcing the needed products with suppliers.
- Solve problem with supplier and other related departments.
- Evaluate supplier performance yearly.
Working time: Monday to Saturday morning, 8h00- 17h00.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduated Bachelor Degree;
- At least 2 years experience in the same position;
- Having purchasing experience in trading company or retail chain is plus;
- Internal- external effective communication, negotiation and teamwork;
- Well speaking and writing in Vietnamese and English.
