Python Developer (Flask, MongoDB, Redis)

We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Python Developer to join our growing team. As part of our backend engineering team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable APIs and data systems that power our applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our backend infrastructure is robust, efficient, and reliable.Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain APIs using Python and Flask. Manage and optimize MongoDB databases and Redis sessions. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. Collaborate with other team members in code reviews, testing, and deployments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decisions. Take initiative and ownership of assigned tasks, and follow through with minimal supervision. Ensure high levels of accuracy and reliability in data handling and processing.
