Working alongside the Production/QC team, you will drive compliance with quality systems and processes, helping us maintain the excellence that defines Deckers’ iconic brands.Duties and Responsibilities:• Conduct compliance audits on QC/QA programs, ensuring the proper implementation of Deckers’ Quality Systems. Submit non-conformance reports and follow up on corrective actions. Provide training and consulting as needed.• Lead QIP audits for endorsed factories and assist with the implementation of the QIP program in new factories.• Monitor and track quality complaints, returns, and notifications, collaborating with the Production and Factory Quality/QIP teams to verify corrective actions.• Gather and analyze quality data to ensure continuous improvement.• Support additional tasks as assigned to pursue organizational objectives.
