• Implement strict raw-material-to-plate labeling systems.
• Enforce FIFO storage and inventory protocols.
• Monitor supplier documentation and cold-chain logistics.

FOOD SAMPLING, LAB ANALYSIS & QUALITY CONTROL

• Coordinate laboratory testing for microbiological analysis.
• Retain and document food samples for safety compliance.
• Monitor water quality, filtration systems, and sanitation standards.

ON-SITE AUDITING & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

• Conduct weekly hygiene and safety audits across outlets.
• Audit staff hygiene and compliance with protective equipment policies.
• Deliver food safety training and evaluations.
• Coordinate deep-cleaning programs and pest-control schedules.
