Responsibilities:• Lead QA & QC teams to devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues• Monitor all QA/QC operations that affect quality• Supervise and guide QAs, inspectors, technicians and other staff• Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output• Appraise customers’ requirements and make sure they are satisfied• Report all malfunctions to senor executives to ensure immediate action• Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data• Review & reformulate current standards and policies• Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation• Communicate with external quality auditors during on-site inspections when needed

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Requirements:• Bachelor degree in quality management, production management, manufacturing engineering or relevant field• Certificate holder of quality control e.g. Six sigma,Black Belt• With product experience in outer wears/active wears is an advantage• Proven experience as a QA senior manager or relevant role, preferably of garment manufacturing sector• Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards• Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods• Good knowledge of MS Office and databases• Great attention to details and processes-driven approach• Strong organizing and leadership abilities, communication skills
