About HDS InternationalHDS International Group is a European logistics consultancy building a cloud-native analytics platform for freight contract management, audit, benchmarking, tender simulations, and reporting. We operate from Braunschweig, Vienna, Basel, and Ho Chi Minh City and work with leading European shippers to make transport spend transparent and efficient.Role summaryWe’re hiring a QA Engineer who starts strong in manual testing and will grow our test automation. You’ll design and execute tests across web and mobile/responsive devices, validate APIs and data flows, and help us evolve a reliable, CI-driven quality practice around core modules.What you’ll doPlan and run functional, regression, exploratory, and cross-device tests; prepare and maintain test data.Define test scope, estimates, and acceptance criteria from requirements and designs.Log clear, reproducible defects; partner closely with engineers, designers, and PMs to get to root cause and fix.Build and maintain UI/API automated tests (Cypress or Playwright; JavaScript/TypeScript) and integrate them into CI.Validate REST APIs and databases (basic SQL), including payloads, edge cases, and data integrity.Keep our regression packs lean and high-value; improve test processes, metrics, and checklists over time.

What you’ll bring1+ years’ experience in manual web testing (mobile/responsive exposure welcome).Working knowledge of SQL, REST API testing (e.g., Postman/Insomnia), and issue tracking (Jira).Familiarity with test design techniques and agile methods.Systematic, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ownership of quality.English B1+ (able to discuss findings and collaborate in writing/sync).Nice to have (not required)Hands-on with Cypress or Playwright in JavaScript/TypeScript; page-object patterns; CI integration.Appium or similar for mobile, performance testing basics, or ISTQB certification.Domain curiosity about logistics, pricing/ratings, and data-heavy workflows.Where & how we workThis role is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
