JOB DESCRIPTIONRecruitment BackgroundCADDi is on a mission to "Unleash the potential of manufacturing."We operate "CADDi DRAWER," a cloud-based system that supports digital transformation centered on the use of drawings, which are the most essential data in the manufacturing industry.Expected RoleYou'll lead the definition and execution of our product QA strategy. Your mission is to continuously deliver value and earn customer trust. You'll achieve this by collaborating and discussing with stakeholders from a broad perspective, moving beyond just "how to ensure quality and improve processes" to also consider "why quality is important and what we should prioritize right nowYou will be responsible for establishing the first QA team in the Vietnamese organization from scratch.We expect the person who joins us in this position to work closely with both the Vietnamese development organization and the Japanese QA organization to propose and establish the ideal QA system.Improving non-functional requirements, including quality, is a key objective for the entire development organization, so this is a position with very high expectations. The following are examples of specific tasks, but the scope of work is not limited to these.Defining the desired quality level based on product vision, business strategy, and organizational statusEstablishing QA systems and mechanisms to achieve the mission (including training and hiring QA members)Developing test strategies and leading test planning, design, and executionReviewing product specifications from a quality perspective and proposing improvementsContinuously promoting automated and manual testing throughout the software delivery processOther tasks include identifying quality-related issues and planning and promoting initiatives to address them.Interest and experience gained from this positionExperience playing a central role in improving quality in a rapidly growing productExperience in QA work in an organization conducting global businessExperience in establishing and strengthening a QA organizationExperience tackling difficult challenges alongside highly motivated members
