1. Key responsibility
1.1 Quality Strategy & System Management
• Lead the development and implementation of quality plans, policies, and objectives aligned with company strategy and customer requirements.
• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with local legislation, international standards, and buyer-specific requirements.
• Oversee QMS performance across factories and ensure its effectiveness through regular reviews, audits, and corrective actions.
• Organize and conduct internal quality audits; follow up on audit findings and support continuous improvement initiatives.
1.2. Product Quality Assurance
• Ensure consistent product quality at all stages – from product development, bulk production to final shipment – in alignment with customer expectations.
• Collaborate with merchandising, technical, and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement preventive measures.
• Provide guidance and final decision-making on quality-related escalations, product conformance, and risk evaluation.
1.3. Laboratory & Technical Testing Oversight
• Supervise operations of in-house laboratories (Lab) including testing protocols for raw materials, trims, and finished goods.
• Ensure labs meet industry standards and buyer requirements in terms of equipment, calibration, and test result accuracy.
• Evaluate test reports, support innovation in materials, and ensure lab capabilities support product and compliance needs.
1.4. Customer & Compliance Management
• Ensure full compliance with buyer requirements, including product specs, safety, labeling, and performance.
• Lead preparations for third-party audits and buyer inspections related to quality and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
• Monitor and support implementation of CSR-related standards (e.g. BSCI, WRAP, SLCP, Higg Index) in collaboration with HR and compliance teams.
1.5. People Management & Cross-functional Collaboration
• Lead, coach, and develop the Quality Assurance and Technical teams through clear goal-setting, performance tracking, and career development plans.
• Promote a culture of ownership, teamwork, and continuous learning within the QA organization and across departments.
• Facilitate close cooperation with merchandising, R&D, and manufacturing units to embed quality mindset in the product lifecycle.
1.6. Others
• Provide strategic guidance to top management regarding risks, trends, and opportunities in quality and compliance.
• Participate in supplier evaluation and onboarding to ensure upstream quality control.
• Other responsibilities may be discussed and elaborated during the interview process.

• Factory location: Vung Tau ~ 300 workers, Dong Nai ~ 1400 workers, Ninh Thuan

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• University graduated, at least 5 years of Quality Manager experience
• Fluent in the English language (Writing, reading, and speaking).
• Experience in formulating Quality strategies, standards, and policies.
• Thorough understanding of Quality methodologies, workflows, and best practices
• Able to multi-task, adapt to changes and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Office hours: 8:00 - 12:00, 13:00 - 17:00 from Monday to Friday (2 working Saturday per month)
