QA Manager/Lead (Automation & Manual Test, QA QC)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced QA Leader / QA Manager to join Money Forward Vietnam, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality products that serve millions of users. You will be responsible for leading QA teams, enhancing processes, driving automation, and ensuring product quality through well-defined strategies and metrics.As a QA Leader / Manager, you will perform both people management and technical leadership, while actively contributing to the continuous growth and development of the QA/QC department. ResponsibilitiesDefine test plans and test strategies aligned with business goals and project needsLead and manage QA engineers, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance feedbackDesign, review, and approve test cases, test results, and defect reportsDrive and implement automation strategies using appropriate tools and frameworksDefine and track quality metrics to monitor test progress, coverage, and product qualityContinuously improve testing processes, standards, and best practices across teamsParticipate in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to timely delivery with high qualityInitiate new ideas and lead initiatives that foster innovation and elevate QA capabilityEnsure alignment with department goals and contribute to long-term QA/QC strategy
