Essential Duties And Responsibilities• Manages, develops and maintains Production Quality and pertinent ISO/IATF standards. • Maintains relationships and directly interacts with suppliers to address and resolve quality issues.• Coordinates and collaborates with Procurement, Engineering, Receiving, Repack and Packaging departments on internal and supplier quality issues and makes decisions towards resolution. • Collaborates with senior management to develop goals, objectives and measures for assigned areas in light of overall department, division and organization strategy. Responsible, along with senior management, for the development of short-and-long range plans for the assigned area. • Plans, assigns, schedules, directs, reviews and approves completed work by the quality engineering staff. Supports supplier quality associates in meeting customer requirements.

Minimum Level Of Knowledge And Skills Required• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related field• At least 5 years of experience in quality management within the automotive industry, preferably in wiring manufacturing• Strong knowledge of engineering theories, processes and terms with regards to High Voltage and Low Voltage wiring manufacturing• Strong knowledge of ISO, IATF and other quality standards • Profound working knowledge of PQP, PPAP, Control Plan, MEF, MSA, SPC.• High level working knowledge of IATF 16949 and GD&T• Good knowledge in process audit and calibration• Proficiency in Quality Management (QM) software• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
