Mô Tả Công Việc
- Manage people in QA QC engineering teams and develop team members
- Plan and perform QA activities, such as quality metrics, process improvement, quality gate…
- Create and implement test strategies for test automation and non-functional testing
- Analyze critical incidents and plan preventive actions
- Measure and control quality of source code, unit test and test coverage
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to define requirements, timelines, and deliverables to ensure high quality releases
- Participate in direct testing activities for fintech projects
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Must-have
- 5+ years of experience in web application testing
- 3+ years of experience in leading or managing QA QC teams
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or software related fields
- Solid skills and knowledge of testing processes and techniques
- Experience in test automation and non-functional testing
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies
- Good English communication and documentation skills
- Great interest in testing, open minded and able to self-motivated
Nice-to-have
- Experience in fintech domain, especially Accounting and Tax
- ISTQB or equivalent testing certificate
