QA Staff

Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished midsoles to ensure they meet company and customer quality standards. Conduct daily patrol checks on the production line to identify defects, non-conformance, or process deviations. Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to investigate and resolve quality issues. Collect, record, and analyze inspection data and maintain accurate QA documentation. Support implementation of quality standards, SOPs, and customer requirements. Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action/preventive action (CAPA) processes. Participate in internal audits and prepare related reports. Report quality issues or critical defects to QA Supervisor or Manager promptly. Ensure compliance with safety and quality policies at all times.
