QA Staff (New Factory)

Responsibilities:• Take charge of Incoming Quality Control (IQC) for all materials and parts inspections, based on the production schedule and delivery plan.• Build the quality inspection system, including procedures, inspection standards, work instructions, check sheets, etc.• Manage 4M changes and non-conformities; support root cause investigations and follow up on countermeasures.• Be responsible for supplier performance audits.• Provide quality training and certification for inspectors.• Take corrective actions for process-related issues.• Contribute Kaizen ideas related to quality matters.• Comply with labor safety procedures and company regulations.• Perform other related duties as assigned.
