QA Team Leader

Responsibilities: Work closely with the Project Manager (PM) and Team Leader (TL) to arrange resources for better work needs based on priorities and importance. Lead, mentor, and motivate the QA team, ensuring clear communication of objectives and expectations. Fully understand the documents, requirements, and specs. Estimate an accurate test plan based on the requirements, time, and available resource. Ensure the testing environment is fully ready and testing materials are well prepared before assigning to QA Engineer (QAE). Work closely with PM/TL to arrange rational resource based on workload and priorities. Follow up on QAE execution progress and status to ensure the test results’ quality. Work closely with other Engineers to quickly toggle the issue occurring during the test. Cooperate with the PM/TL to give timely feedback for any issue that affects testing progress/result. Prioritize, scope, and escalate issues appropriately and establish the best method of resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicating risks, defects, and coverage status. Responsible for QAE’s quality in order to deliver a flawless/ bug-free product.
