QA Tester/ Engineer

Education• Male with Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.• Additional coursework in electronic design, embedded systems, industrial design, and project management is preferred.Experience• Minimum of two years of quality assurance experience, specifically applying ISO 9001 standards within engineering, product development, or manufacturing.• At least one year of experience in test engineering, specializing in electronics, software, or mechanical systems.Technical Knowledge• General knowledge of manufacturing techniques and principles for electronic, software, and mechanical products.• Solid understanding of QA laboratory testing, including test planning, test case development, and execution for mechatronic products (mechanical, electronic, firmware/software).• Experience with QA test environments, including Jira, SVN, TestRail, or custom tracking tools like Excel.• Knowledge of customer service principles, including needs assessment techniques, quality standards, alternative delivery systems, and customer satisfaction evaluations.• Understanding product design verification testing methodologies for mechatronic systems.• Expertise in test analysis, test reporting, deviation handling, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Six Sigma (preferred).• Familiarity with industrial standards, including EtherCAT, Ethernet Conformance Test, PROFINET Conformance Test, and DeviceNet Conformance Test.• Capabilities in Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) and Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) testing at third-party labs (such as Quatest) and certification processes for CE compliance.• Experience with Python, LabVIEW, DAQ, and PLC programming is a plus.• Implementation of ISO 9001:2015 QMS requirements.Skills• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.• Independent, objective, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work.• Ability to systematically organize and document QMS performance, assessments, and continuous improvements.• Capability to summarize and report QMS findings to management, along with improvement recommendations.• Skill in identifying nonconformities in QMS and product designs, collaborating with teams to issue and execute improvement reports.• Ability to plan, conduct, and document validation testing of product designs.• Effective team player with solid communication skills.• Intermediate English.What we offer• Competitive salary, allowances, and bonus.• 100% salary on probationary period.• Full social insurance as regulated.• Annual 13th-month bonus + annual salary appraisal.• 24-day paid leave per year (12 annual and 12 sick leaves).• Annual Health Check-up.• Premium healthcare and life insurance.• Occasional gift for public holidays.• Education & Training grant.• Participate in networking events and seminars.• A talented and experienced multifunction development team.• Opportunities to travel abroad.• The involvement of the entire project development of company products.• Sport recreation, relax room.• Team building, company trips.
