QA Tester/ Engineer

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop engineering documentation that ensures compliance with QMS, ISO 9001:2015, and quality control standards, while validating alignment with industrial mechatronic product requirements. Key Tasks:• Ensure daily adherence to QMS procedures, assisting staff as needed. Collect performance data and generate reports related to assign tasks.• Perform key quality-management activities, including process audits, handling customer complaints, managing Engineering Change Orders (ECO), IR (improvement report), participating in product design reviews, and supporting other quality-related processes as required.• Generate test plans and test cases; and execute and follow up testing activities in accordance with the defined test plan and test cases.• Perform testing and verification of prototypes based on internally released design documents to ensure product designs meet customer requirements. Follow up and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases covering all mechatronic aspects (product including firmware/software parts, mechanical parts and electronic board parts).• Participate in the project team to track and address issues identified during testing, verification, or through customer feedback, ensuring all concerns are resolved and necessary improvements are implemented. Handover the validated final product design to project leaders for customer release.• Working with testing equipment such as water flow stands and other specialized tools (Oscilloscope, DC Power Supply, Frequency generator,… )• Perform additional related tasks as required.
