QA/QC Manager - Furniture - Vietnamese Only (Fluent English)

- 10+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN QAQC INCLUDING 6+ YEARS AS QAQC MANAGER/ DIRECTOR IN FURNITURE FIELD- FLUENT IN ENGLISH- VIETNAMESE ONLYResponsibilitiesManage & take full responsibility of QA-QC team in all spectrums including: manage & deal with daily work, task assignment, performance, process & template, budget optimization, manage/ training/ coaching, team motivating... to ensure of high efficiency. Promoting & maintaining a harmonious and trust of team.• Responsible for leading a team to ensure high standards across all phases of production and maintain customer satisfaction. Evaluate the results of work performance• Manage, supervise, support and coach team members to ensure high efficiency and good work performance• Design, review, improve systems, policies and procedures relating to QA• Product Inspection: Manage detailed inspections of furniture products throughout the manufacturing process, from raw materials to final assembly, to identify any defects or inconsistencies.• Quality Testing: Manage functional tests, including strength, durability, and stability tests, to ensure that furniture meets design specifications and safety standards.• Monitor Production Process: Collaborate with factories, and other departments to align on quality goals and resolve any quality-related issues. Facilitate effective communication between teams to ensure adherence to quality guidelines and to address production challenges promptly.• Documentation and Reporting: Provide regular updates to the senior management on key quality metrics, team performance, and the progress of quality initiatives.• Compliance with Standards: Ensure that products comply with local, national, and international quality standards (quality manual, samples, swatch, …) and company specifications.• Root Cause Analysis: Lead the investigation and analysis of quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and reduce defects.• Training and Support: Provide feedback and training to production staff regarding quality standards, ensuring continuous improvement in the manufacturing process.• Customer Complaint Handling: Oversee the resolution of customer complaints related to product quality. Work with the Merchandising and Production teams to analyze returns, identify issues, and develop solutions that ensure customer satisfaction.• Prepare reports when required.• Report directly to Managing director & BOD• Perform other tasks assigned by BOD
