QC Assistant Manager

• Coordinate with other departments in the company to implement working processes according to customer standards. Request QA Department to update and improve processes to ensure quality in production.• Assure the material and manufacturing quality from in-line inspection processes to the final assurance of finished goods shipments.• Oversee and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure it is properly documented, implemented, and maintained across all production areas.• Statistical analysis and data management: Collect, analyze, and interpret quality-related data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Utilize statistical tools and techniques to monitor process capability and implement corrective actions as necessary.• Make root-cause analysis and coordinate to deal with customer complaints on product quality and find solutions to fix and handle those problems.• Control the quality of in-house materials to ensure they meet customer standards and do not affect the production and delivery process.• Manage outsourcing production units to ensure the production process is conducted as planned and not interrupted.• Ensure the calibration program is maintained on time for all inspection, testing, and equipment tools.• Train and evaluate the QC team to get customer self-assessment certificates, resulting in proactive inspection and on-time delivery of goods.• Participate in Kaizen to ensure product quality, save costs, reduce downtime, and increase work efficiency.• Participate in recruitment, training, and evaluating the QC team to ensure effective performance.
