JOB DESCRIPTION:• Inspect and oversee the quality of inbound and outbound products to ensure compliance with company standards• Develop and implement inspection criteria and conduct statistical analysis of inspection results.• Manage all aspects of Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA), applying statistical methods to maintain quality compliance.• Identify potential risks, propose corrective actions, and escalate critical issues to management in a timely manner.• Oversee and coordinate internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance.• Supervise maintenance schedules for systems, facilities, and related equipment to support operational efficiency.• Lead and execute projects related to planning, process optimization, and performance improvement to enhance warehouse productivity.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Occupational Safety, or a related field.• At least 2 years of experience in quality and safety management, preferably in the household products industry.• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and safety regulations.• Hands-on experience with quality and safety procedures, compliance principles, and employee engagement.• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel and SAP.• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.• Local Candidate is preferred.
