Hands-on Testing (Manual & Automation)Work directly on projects as a Senior QC engineer.Write and execute manual test cases, identify bugs, and report issues clearly.Design and maintain automation test scripts for web/API/mobile using tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.Contribute to the setup of automation frameworks and CI pipelines for test automation.Team Management & Technical LeadershipDefine, implement, and continuously improve testing processes, standards, and best practices.Assign QC members to projects based on their skillsets and the needs of each project.Review and approve test strategies, test cases, and test results from team members.Conduct test case and bug review sessions to ensure coverage and quality.Monitor overall team performance, conduct regular evaluations, and propose improvement or transition plans when necessary.Recruitment & TrainingTake part in recruitment of QC engineers across different levels.Design and conduct onboarding and technical training programs.Develop and execute mentorship and coaching programs to junior and mid-level testers.

MUST HAVEAt least 7 years of testing/QC experience, including at least 2 years in a leading role.Proven experience with both manual and automation testing.Solid knowledge of test planning, test design, test execution, and defect lifecycle.Strong hands-on experience with one or more automation frameworks/tools: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium.Strong hands-on experience in API testing with Postman or similarExperience with one or more automation test/bug management tools: TestRail, Zephyr, Xray, Jira, ClickUpExperience in performance testing using JMeter, K6Experience in CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Fluent in English communicationNICE TO HAVEExperience in security testingISTQB or relevant certificationExperience in domains: Healthcare, FinTech
