QC Manager

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:• This position is responsible for the implementation of the quality control management program to our Jazwares vendors out of China. • The position is responsible for assuring the product quality that can fulfill Jazwares internal quality requirement, and legal global safety standard.• This position is located to stay in our Vietnam Office.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:• Arrange third party QC inspection by verifying MD rate, pending issues and availability of PP test report and outside lab test.• Handle customer complain by verifying the F/G inventory, problem root cause and CAP with vendors.• Conduct on site audit for QMS; sharp tools control; sample security & mold prevention for new vendor on boarding process.• Coordinate inventory destruction and full check of Costco orders and contractual samples.• Arrange sample drawn and sample verification for outside lab test at 100 pieces of PP lot.• Provide training, assessment and monitoring of SIP program implementation.• Monitor & guide the management for QC team’s inspection performance for DPI / FRI / report.• Follow up customer inspection by assigned 3rd party.
