What will I be doing?1. Perform daily audit on internal system;2. Provide analysis of errors and feedback to respective team;3. Work with training team to align policy understanding of QA and labelers;4. Provide support on Policy/Quality related questions on ad-hoc basis;5. Responsible in guiding new joiners in order to achieve ramp up target;6. Work closely with Safety Specialist in order to provide feedback on quality;7. Identify potential errors in policy and correct them in time;8. Conduct quality meeting with the team to analyze errors;9. Please note that this position involves exposure to sensitive content, including but not limited to vulgar content, violence, pornography, and fake news.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience, advanced degree is preferred;2. Minimum 1 year working experience as Quality Assurance Analyst;3. Possesses good interpersonal skills; Good English is a must.4. Strong attention to details and ability to work independently;5. Experience in Content Moderation/Content Quality/Content Safety/Labeling will be an added advantage;
