Quality Assurance Leader (N3)

Must have: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines. At least 5 years of working experience as a QA/QC Engineer, with a strong track record in ensuring product quality and reliability. Deep understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices across multiple development environments. Strong expertise in testing methodologies, including: Performance Testing using JMeter, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, API Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and execute end-to-end test strategies, test cases, and test specifications. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above), capable of communicating with Japanese clients. Nice to have Hands-on experience with diverse project domains such as: Fintech, Human Resources (HR), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain Solid understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Strong communication and teamwork abilities in cross-functional environments. ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
