We're seeking a QA Tester who is part user advocate, part puzzle-solver, part process architect, part business analyst and part detective. You won't just be testing features; you'll be embedding a quality mindset into our entire process, ensuring we build the right thing, the right way, from the very beginning. Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It: Be the Customer's Champion: You are the voice of the user. You'll work alongside the team and directly with customer feedback to understand not just what we're building, but why. You'll ensure the final product doesn't just work—it delights.Architect the Unbreakable: You don't just follow a script. You look at a new feature and instinctively think of all the creative ways it could break. You'll design and implement thoughtful test plans and strategies (for manual and automated testing) that cover everything from the sunny-day path to the most obscure edge cases.Test & Triumph: Execute comprehensive testing across our web applications. This includes functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing. You'll become an expert in our products, knowing them inside and out.Validate the Automation: You'll be the critical eye on our automated workflows. Whether it's a multi-step business process in Zapier, a complex N8N workflow, or a custom integration, you'll design tests to ensure data flows correctly, triggers fire as expected, and the automation is robust and error-free.Become a Quality MacGyver: See a repetitive testing task? You’ll want to automate it. Find a flaw in the development process? You’ll suggest a better way. You have a natural talent for improving processes and using the right tools to make quality a seamless part of our workflow.The Bug Whisperer: Hunt down, document, and dissect issues with the precision of a master surgeon. A great bug report is a work of art—clear, concise, and perfectly reproducible. You see a bug not as a failure, but as an opportunity to make the product stronger.Champion the Quality Mindset: You'll be a key partner to our developers. Participate in design discussions and spec reviews, share your insights early, and help us prevent bugs before they happen. You’ll help everyone on the team think more about quality.

Core Skills: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a software Quality Assurance or Tester role.Communication Champion: Your English communication skills are excellent. You can write a bug report so clear a developer can fix it on the first try, and you can explain a user experience issue to the team with passion and clarity. This is non-negotiable!Technical Curiosity: You're not afraid of technical details. You have a solid understanding of how modern web applications work, including APIs and browser developer tools. Your curiosity extends to understanding how different systems connect and exchange data.The Automator's Mindset: You have experience with or a strong desire to learn test automation. Familiarity with UI or API testing tools (like Selenium, Cypress, Postman, etc.) is a huge plus.Process Pro: You are highly organized and have experience with bug tracking systems (like Jira, Asana, etc.) and test case management. You adapt quickly to agile development environments.Adaptable & Agile: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rapid release cycles. New tools and technologies don't scare you; you're excited to learn what they can do.Bonus Points: Experience testing complex, data-driven web applications is a major advantage. Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM systems is a fantastic plus!
