QA Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of customer service provided by the BPO/ITO/Call Center team. You will conduct quality assurance audits, analyze performance data and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.Responsibilities: • Develop and implement quality assurance standards and procedures. • Conduct regular quality audits of customer interactions (calls, emails, chats). • Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement. • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs). • Provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance. • Develop and deliver quality assurance training programs. • Collaborate with team leaders and management to implement quality initiatives

1. Experience: • Experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a BPO/Call Center. • Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools. • Experience with Japanese business culture and etiquette. 2. Knowledge and Skills: • Foreign language: Can work with clients in Japanese or English is an advantage • Quality Assurance: Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and standards. • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends. • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks. • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to provide feedback and coaching. • Cross-Cultural Understanding: Ability to navigate cultural differences and understand Japanese business etiquette. • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent • Certifications: Relevant certifications in quality assurance or a related field.
