Quality Assurance Staff

General Responsibilities:• Ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).• Monitor and control processes, instructions, and forms related to quality standards.• Prepare for and respond to customer QMS audits, ensuring compliance with required standards.• Manage key performance indicators (KPIs), process management indicators (PMI), and targets to ensure continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:1. Quality Management System (QMS) Control:• Monitor and ensure alignment with organizational targets through PMI and KPI management.• Utilize fundamental knowledge of quality tools such as CPk, MSA, control plans, and PFMEA to ensure process accuracy and efficiency.• Advantage: Knowledge in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) is preferred.2. Training Management:• Plan and manage training schedules for quality assurance personnel.• Maintain and control training records and certification documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.3. Project Management:• Review and assess new items, including drawings and specifications, ensuring they meet quality standards.• Oversee the qualification of new products and new measuring equipment, particularly NDT machines and related equipment.• Prepare and manage Product Quality Plans and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation.• Advantage: Knowledge in NDT is a plus for project management roles.4. Non-Conformance (NC) Control:• Monitor and control Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.• Report and identify nonconforming products, working to minimize their impact and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
