Responsibilities:• Manage, lead and conduct quality activities• Manage the quality control team on daily operations.• Lead and support process continuous improvement project• Commercialization of new products• Work on day to day basis in partnership with factory and sub vendor, report to Quality Manager in China and in constant communication with the project team leader at HQ concerning all quality activities.• Support development of quality plan (quality handbooks specifications) for all products.• Coordinate and recommend corrective actions when needed.• Ability to influence others and move toward implementation of new or updated quality standards
