Quality Control Manager

Ensure that our products are of the highest quality as set by our standards and procedures. You willbe responsible for creating and maintaining inspection standards for an increasing number of rawand semi-processed materials, conducting systematic inspections during all production processes,and analyzing the collected data to further rectify and resolve quality related problems at their root.This position requires you to be very detail oriented and thorough.Đảm bảo rằng các sản phẩm của chúng tôi đạt chất lượng cao nhất theo tiêu chuẩn và quy trình đãđề ra. Ensure compliance with national and international standards during themanufacturing/production process; establish quality standards for our product and worker safetyduring production.Đảm bảo tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn quốc gia và quốc tế trong quá trình sản xuất; thiết lập các tiêuchuẩn chất lượng cho sản phẩm và an toàn lao động trong quá trình sản xuất.2. Inspect, monitor, and supervise compliance with quality control procedures and standards, fromraw material selection and production to final product completion. Ensure that products meetthe highest quality standards before reaching customers.Kiểm tra, giám sát và theo dõi việc tuân thủ các quy trình và tiêu chuẩn kiểm soát chất lượng, từkhâu chọn nguyên liệu, sản xuất đến khi hoàn thành sản phẩm cuối cùng. Đảm bảo sản phẩmđạt tiêu chuẩn chất lượng cao nhất trước khi đến tay khách hàng.3. Quickly grasp the technical characteristics of raw materials, the production process, and thefinal product (lighting equipment). Develop quality inspection procedures tailored to thecharacteristics of each manufactured product to check, compare, evaluate, and identify specificstrengths and weaknesses. Implement appropriate corrective actions and process improvementsto enhance product quality.Nhanh chóng nắm bắt các đặc tính kỹ thuật của nguyên vật liệu, quy trình sản xuất và sản phẩmcuối cùng (thiết bị chiếu sáng). Xây dựng quy trình kiểm tra chất lượng phù hợp với từng loạisản phẩm để kiểm tra, so sánh, đánh giá và xác định điểm mạnh, điểm yếu cụ thể. Thực hiện cácbiện pháp khắc phục và cải tiến quy trình để nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm.4. Develop plans, manage processes, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure productquality and meet production schedule requirements.Xây dựng kế hoạch, quản lý quy trình và phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan để đảm bảo chấtlượng sản phẩm và đáp ứng tiến độ sản xuất.5. Receive, manage, and resolve inquiries regarding product quality, as well as customercomplaints related to product quality.Tiếp nhận, xử lý và giải quyết các yêu cầu liên quan đến chất lượng sản phẩm cũng như cáckhiếu nại của khách hàng về chất lượng sản phẩm.6. Lead, manage, and supervise teams and workers under direct responsibility. Oversee employeesto ensure they perform their assigned tasks and comply with quality standards. Provide regulartraining for staff involved in product quality assurance.Lãnh đạo, quản lý và giám sát các đội nhóm và công nhân thuộc phạm vi quản lý trực tiếp.Theo dõi nhân viên để đảm bảo thực hiện đúng nhiệm vụ được giao và tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩnchất lượng. Tổ chức đào tạo định kỳ cho nhân viên tham gia đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm.7. Keep track of all inspection and defect related data, create and maintain QC Department KPIsand provide timely feedback and reporting to top management.Theo dõi toàn bộ dữ liệu kiểm tra và lỗi sản phẩm, xây dựng và duy trì các chỉ số KPI của bộphận QC, đồng thời báo cáo và phản hồi kịp thời cho ban lãnh đạo.8. Advise the Board of Directors on quality control, improvement, and product qualityenhancement.Tư vấn cho Ban Giám đốc về kiểm soát chất lượng, cải tiến và nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm.9. Any additional requirements by the Board of Directors.Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của Ban Giám đốc.
