Quality Engineer

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOBThe Quality Engineer within the QC Department is responsible for the coordination of handling Non-Conformities (NC) within DSCS and in communication with external stakeholders.To coordinate the input and follow-up of root-cause-analysis in a multi-disciplinary team,Communicate with the head-office and suppliers to define preventative actions and lead Internalcommunication within DSCS to close the feedback loop back to our production organization.Work with the relevant stakeholders to review products and processes in early stage to feed-backlessons learnt into process/product set-up.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACTIVITIES • Root-Cause Analysis:Facilitate and coordinate the root-cause-analysis of complex technical issues with a multi-disciplinary and international team, in structured and controlled methodology.• Functional: Implementing and managing the framework for the identification,categorization, analysis and follow-up of Non-Conformities in our production process.• Improvement: Work towards clear preventative actions and product/process improvements that will facilitate the continuous improvement of our production process.
