• Implement and maintain QMS (Quality Management System) • Handle FATP feedback on quality issue and customer visit • Identify and resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. • Conduct line validation and HVM readiness audit • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure quality standards are met. • Prepare and present quality reports and documentation. • Ensure compliance with ISO and IATF16949 standards. • Participate in internal and external audits. • Train and mentor junior staff on quality control processes and standards. • Implement and maintain process monitoring, change control system (SPC, CCB, VMS...)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Educational background: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality assurance, or a related field2. Experiences: • 3 - 5 years of working experience3. Skills: • Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing methodologies • Familiarity with ISO and IATF16949 standards is a plus • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software4. Other requirements • Good at English communication skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
