This position plays a key role in expanding our market presence, developing strong customer relationships—particularly with OEM clients and distribution partners—and identifying growth opportunities across various sectors, with a primary focus on the food industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide technical product support and solutions that bring added value to our customers.Key Responsibilities:- Develop new business opportunities, explore new markets, and increase sales in existing markets - Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers and distribution partners by providing excellent expertise in product knowledge and application support. - Identify and pursue sales opportunities, primarily within the food industry and other relevant sectors. - Conduct thorough market research and analysis to uncover potential opportunities where the company can deliver added value. - Develop relationships with new customers and establish new distribution channels in coordination with the contractor when applicable. - Introduce products and solutions to customers and manage the entire sales process, including closing deals. - Expand the geographic coverage for the company’s products and solutions across assigned territories - Conduct product training and assist with product installations as needed, including presentations that highlight company benefits, product features, sales techniques, and new product introductions. - Communicate clearly and consistently with the company’s manufacturing facilities and distribution centers to ensure efficient support and coordination. - Regularly submit management reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback. - Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as approved and coordinated with the contractor. - Participate in internal training sessions, sales meetings, or company events at company locations as needed or requested by management.- Perform additional duties as assigned by Business Director.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field. - Professional Experience: worked in 1-2 companies as QC, minimum 5 years in quality control within manufacturing. Experience in belting, rubber, or plastic fabrication is an advantage. Technical Skills: - In-depth knowledge of QC inspection methods, measurement tools, and technical drawings. - Strong understanding of QC standards, quality management systems, and audit processes. - Proficiency in root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and continuous improvement tools Soft Skills: - Strong communication skills (English required) - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities. - High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. - Team player with a collaborative mindset - High level of autonomy and accountability Working Conditions:- Primarily factory-based role with regular presence in fabrication areas. - Standard working hours (from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday), with occasional overtime or weekend work depending on production schedules. - Minimal travel required, mainly for training, customers visits. - Physical demands include walking across production areas, standing during inspections, and occasional handling of product samples or materials. Key Success Criteria:- Full implementation of QC methodologies and alignment with corporate quality standards.- Timely resolution of customer complaints and reduction in recurring quality issues.- Reduction in internal defect, scrap, and rework rates. - Timely and effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions. - Alignment and compliance with global quality standards and HQ directives. - Effective collaboration with VBI HQ, especially on quality - Proactive identification and communication of process gaps affecting quality
