1. Job Overview• Achieve quality performance and Progress goals for goods produced in his/her workshop.• Ensure MMW best practices are implemented in the workshop.• Quality guarantee by the MTP/VR method for his/her workshop• Guarantees the quality of materials (primary materials, mixes, tissues, elastomers, textile and metallic cables) assembled and delivered according customer requirements.2. Key responsibilities and accountabilities:• The conformity of materials is ensured throughout the manufacturing process, allowing their release.• The identified risks are controlled and the effectiveness of implemented guarantee actions is demonstrated.• The risks of nonsatisfaction of the customer are anticipated in the process of quality planning and their control contributes to the qualification of raw materials, materials, processes and methods.• All the complaints, non-conformities and changes in performance are treated with necessary reactions and effectiveness. Causes of anomalies and nonperformance are resolved at the activity level.• For its domain:- The adequacy and application of quality assurance related to the manufacture of the material are guaranteed.- The suitable quality plan is defined and applied.- The guarantee referential are defined and applied locally.- Quality assurance provisions are implemented and effective.6.
