- Develop and maintain quality management systems to ensure consistent product and service quality
- Lead sustainability initiatives and programs to reduce environmental impact and promote responsible business practices
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality and sustainability standards
- Analyze data and prepare reports on quality metrics and sustainability performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement projects
- Stay up-to-date with relevant environmental regulations and industry best practices
- Train and educate employees on quality and sustainability policies and procedures
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including certification bodies and regulatory agencies
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality and sustainability
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures through sustainable practices and quality improvements
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in quality management or sustainability roles
- Proven track record of implementing and maintaining quality management systems
- Strong knowledge of sustainability practices and environmental regulations
- Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
- Experience with environmental impact assessments and sustainability reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Relevant certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or LEED AP are preferred
- Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus
