Couleurs d'Asie by Réhahn – Saigon is a permanent gallery featuring Réhahn’s world-renowned photography of Vietnam and the region.
Inbius, the gallery operator, is looking for a sharp, hungry, dedicated team leader to manage the gallery and the business to business sales in the south of Vietnam.
• Continuously learn about Réhahn, his photographic journey, and the work and products he has produced. Become a Réhahn Ambassador.
• Take full charge of the gallery including, but not limited to, developing and implementing operational standards.
• Manage the gallery team including rosters, payments, bonuses, and training.
• Develop relationships with important guests and potential business partners.
• Recommend changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Be on call during opening hours of the gallery.

• Experience in inventory and project management.
• A good, positive, outgoing personality that is focused on conflict avoidance and resolution.
• Ability to communicate professionally with people within an English-Vietnamese environment.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking, meticulousness, and accuracy in the job.

• This is a fulltime, fixed contract position.
• Hours are from 9:00 – 18:00, Monday – Friday at the Inbius office (37 Ky Con, District 1) and other times, including weekends, at the gallery and at events around town (if yes)
• Growth opportunities include position as Country Manager, or other similar positions within Inbius’ network of projects.
• Friendly and motivating working environment.
• Income: Salary 15 million net + sales bonus + year end bonus
• 12 days annual leave/year
• Company pays for Social and Medical Insurance
